Covid-19 notice

An important message to our customers,

PPE continues to be very diffi cult to locate.

The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic has broken the normal supply chain of Personal Protection Equipment
(PPE). There will continue to be a critical global shortage of supply of all products impacted by Covid-19 for
the duration of 2020.

We have not had delivery of PPE from our usual contracted suppliers since mid-January 2020. We do not
expect to see normal deliveries re-established before sometime in 2021.

All currently available PPE products off ered by Surgo have been purchased from alternate sources at hyper-
infl ated prices. We choose to do this because we are fi rmly committed to the safety of front-line Healthcare
Workers in Canada. We are determined to help our customers throughout this pandemic.

We actively continue to search the globe to fi nd the supplies you need. When prices moderate, we will seek
out the best available products and provide them for you. We have the highest quality control standards.
All products that we off er go through our meticulous quality control processes and meet or exceed Health
Canada standards.

Primary Care and other non-hospital based specialties are not included in most signifi cant government
allocation plans. At Surgo Surgical Supply we are the exception to this rule. During the Covid-19 crisis we
will continue to hold signifi cant amounts of our inventory in reserve for front Front Line Healthcare Workers
working in clinics across Canada.

Unfortunately, we expect that the current shortages and price escalations to continue for the balance of 2020.
Each category of products will be impacted slightly diff erently.

We will continue to do our utmost to mitigate the impact of these disruptions.

Thank you for your support, patience, and understanding through this diffi cult period.
